FlixsNow Weekly Updates
Updates are at least once a week. I will update on a Saturday or when we have new information to share. I like to wait until the end of the week so that I can give account as to the progress of the prior week. We appreciate your patience as we go through this expansion phase. However in the future as we release our new products and services, I may do updates twice a week. Please rest assured if you do not get an update before next Saturday that it does not mean that I have” jumped ship” I am fully committed to make this a success for all that are evolved.
Commissions
We are still posting commissions based on the payments. We are seeing affiliates still subscribing at this late date. With that said. We have begun to delete non subscribing affiliates. We have discovered many issues with respect to this process that is delaying the completion in a timely manner.
Some of those issues are related to:
Use of two different names, one for the subscription and a different name as an Affiliate.
Duplicate and triplicate affiliate potions associated with only one subscription.
Use of different emails, one for subscription and one as an Affiliate.
Therefore this process is quite tedious as you can imagine. With that said this is going to be an ongoing process and not happen as fast as we had estimated. Never the less you should not despair because you will not loose any commissions earned. As the affiliate tree is corrected we will send you payment. Never at any time are you in a position to lose your earned commission.
We will begin issuing payments via Alertpay once your tree is corrected. This will be for the affiliates who have a completed affiliate tree of all subscribers. In order to expedite we have decided to not use the check option at this time. Therefore you will need one of the following.

Tax ID
Please ensure that your Tax ID matches your name. You can update your Tax ID in your back office.
Movies
Movies are shipping daily. Unfortunately we do not have hubs set up in every major city yet. Therefore your movie may take a bit longer to get to you. If you receive a notice that a movie is being shipped, look for it in the mail within 5-6 days. Especially if you live a long distance from California. Some have ordered movies that are already rented to others, if you have not received a movie it could be that it is out of stock. This is no different to what you experience with any of our competitors. If you have others movies in your queue that are in stock we attempt to send the one next in line.
Look for updates to our movie library Saturdays. What you currently see is by no means all that we are ever going to offer!

Sales Requirement
The minimum sales requirement is two per month. If you have made 24 sales already this year you have met the minimum requirements. This requirement is to ensure that affiliates earn income. If you remember, I have always tried to stress the importance of the 2 by 2. The onus of the minimum sales requirement is to ensure that you complete the 2 by 2 and that it propitiates down all 6 compensation tiers. With that said, I want to assure you that if you are making sales you will not be placed as inactive. If you have not made a sale in 45 days we will contact you to see if you are still promoting the business or need help getting sales. This business is based on making sales, not getting affiliates, although your sub-affiliates can assist you in making sales, they will not benefit you if they have not purchased a subscription.
Marketing Materials
We are just about ready to open our online store. Our delay in opening the store is to ensure a seamless process that will deliver the marketing materials effectively is in place. If you have already made a purchase of marketing materials and have not received a refund we will honor your initial payment.
The marketing material proofs will be emailed to you. After we have your approval we will have them printed and shipped. Look for this after we purge the data base of Non-Subscribing Affiliates.
Affiliates
Our mission is to ensure that our affiliates are successful. Look for training and other income opportunities updates shortly.
We are only allowing Non profits to become affiliates at this time. The option to become an affiliate is made available for that reason. All new Affiliates after we reopen enrollment will have to undergo training to ensure that they understand the business completely. There will be a small fee associated with this training and certification. Look for updates concerning this within two weeks. If you are currently an Affiliate this does not apply to you, excluding you from paying a fee or passing any training exams.
Just a side note: If you email us and ask to be removed from the email list, we will delete your position form the affiliate program. This is due to the fact that your email address is utilized as your affiliate user name. Therefore be careful with your unsubscribe request.
Please beware that if you are emailing to your down line using any outside email program that you must obtain an op-in in order to be in compliance with the can-spam act. Emailing other affiliates with any offer or non approved FlixsNow communication is a direct violation of your affiliate agreement. Please take the time and read this agreement.
Data Base Repair
Just a reminder if you have sub-affiliates who have not subscribed, it is a mute point to have us move them because they are not going to benefit you as far as a commission is concerned.
We have discovered that some affiliates are utilizing non company originating lead capture pages, splash guards, ect. These tools are not apart of our system and therefore are not guaranteed to track your sales effectively.

Any other methodology purchased or acquired by any other means will not be honored by FlixsNow as an approved tracking system.

We are currently looking to improve our customer service. The training of new customer service reps is taking a bit longer than expected. This is a task that is nearing completion. The average response time is currently 48 hours. We appreciate your patience as we complete this process.
Alpha Testing of new services
We have started a small group of testers for our Royalty Base feature. Currently we have one alpha tester who we are working with for the next 30 days to ensure that all goes well. Once that is complete we will open up the testing to beta testers of about 50 and rectify any issues. This ensures that once we release the feature to other affiliates that we have a sound income stream for our affiliates.
Just to remind you, the Royalty Based feature allows you to market to independent film and music producers the ability to down load and or stream content. Affiliates will be able to earn monthly income for the purchases associated with the transactions. This is really big for those of you who have been in the entertainment industry, because royalties are mostly paid on a quarterly basis. If you offer improved cash flow, you have a better chance of getting a contract.

Imagine earning commission by helping your customer reduce their mobile phone bill. We can even finance the early termination fee.
We are also offering financing with No Credit Check for the purchase of any product or service. The terms are extremely easy to qualify for. This is very exciting indeed because you will be able to offer financing for wireless devices that your customer could otherwise not afford due to poor credit or insufficient capital at the time of purchase.
The basic financing terms are, 20% down and payments every two weeks for three months.
What is required to qualify:
1. A valid Photo ID ( Drivers Lic.)
