Just wanted to take a moment to share some updates about our program.

• All current affiliates have until tomorrow 3/3 (includes 48 hour grace period) to pay the $25 annual subscription fee. Unpaid affiliates will be placed in pending status and may be compressed out of the matrix until paid.
• The $4.95 affiliate fee will be waived thru 3/15. After then, anyone joining as a new affiliate will pay $29.95 annually (includes subscription).
• Voucher purchases prior to 3/2 are exempt from payment deadlines. Gift voucher support is available on http://www.flixsaffiliate.net/sites/2/joinforfree/
• Support is NO LONGER being provided through flixsnow@gmail.com.
• Please access support via flixsnow.net or flixsnow.com.
• Simply click "support" and then click the tab on the right to open dialogue box.
• You will be able to select a department to handle your specific issue, which should help speed things up. Please be clear in your requests and provide any information you think the staff might need to help you.

FlixsNow - Latest updates from last night's webinar. (2/15/12)

1. If all backoffice issues have been fixed, pre-launch will be on Monday, Feb 20. At that time, we will be able to pay the $25 for our subscriptions. Instructions will go out via email in batches of approximately 250 per hour. There will also be conference calls reviewing the steps we need to take to be processed correctly. You will have only 48 hours to make your payment or be placed in a pending status, losing your place in the matrix.

2. After Feb 20, new affiliates who sign up will have to pay $29 annually, which includes the $25 subscription. So, use these next few days to sign up as many free affiliates as possible.

3. Promotional period has been extended thru March 1. You have until then to get 2 who each get 2, making you a Movie Director. This will allow you to earn higher commissions.

4. Live chat for affiliate support is on the way. They are aware of the lengthy time it is taking to reply to email queries. They ask that we please be patient as they try to work through the backoffice issues to get us started on Monday.

5. FlixsNow currently has 5 distribution centers for the DVDs. More to come. There will be no additional charges for shipping. They will be mailed with postage-paid return envelopes.

6. I have heard a couple different things regarding signing up international affiliates. I will email again once I get clarification.

7. If people join as subscribers only, they will be placed in your matrix and will count in your totals for advancement. Customers may upgrade to affiliate status at any time to start earning commissions on their referrals.
